 Anyway… the purpose for my logging in is that I have a few things on my mind. One of these is that I want to say THANK YOU to all of our friends for their continued patronage. I realize that our economy has not been so perfect, although recently it does seem to be getting better… regardless of what the economy is doing, you have still found a way to continue to come in to see us and to have your motorcycles serviced and / or repaired, and my family and I greatly appreciate this. 

 The second reason for my logging in is to put an end to all the rumors about my being sick. I have heard feed back from a number of sources. Much of this chatter features all sorts of wild stories and variations. So here’s the deal… Yes… last November (2011) I did in fact get sick, and YES… I was in fact placed in the hospital. However, after a short stay it was determined that I had a bad case of pneumonia… nothing more, nothing less. Yeah, I didn’t feel very well for a while there, had a big time fever, looked like crap and was seriously short of breath. But it was nothing life ending thank goodness. I was NOT having a heart attack, had no chest pains, nothing like that! So please feel confident that I have no intention of going anywhere any time soon! I also want to say Thanks to many of you for the emails and facebook messages. So there you have it… you’re stuck with me for a while!

 Lastly… Be sure to look out for information on our upcoming Spring 2012 OPEN HOUSE. Since our past Open House events had been such a hit… we are going to be doing a fair number of them this year… so stay on the lookout for information regarding the dates and times.

 As most of you may know, we had scheduled our “Fall Open House” for October 1st, 2011, with a “rain date” of October 8th… and it went off on the 1st of October just as planned. We had a fantastic turn out and had an amazing day. We had plenty of people, bikes, food, drinks, discounts, specials, etc.  Well, what we didn’t realize was that there must have been rain in some areas. Since it didn’t rain here and we had a great turnout, we thought we had done it, and done it very nicely. Well, come Sunday and Monday of the following week we were receiving email and phone calls from people confirming our rain date of October 8th, 2011 because they “thought” we had been rained out. So we figured what the heck, and decided to do it AGAIN on the 8th. Mind you, the attendance was a bit less on the 8th, but we still had plenty of people, bikes, food and drinks and had a very good time. All in all… our two “Fall Open House” events were a HUGE success and we owe it all to you, our clients, friends and fans. We would also like to say “THANK YOU” to our supporters, sponsors, partners and industry friends for all that they do for us, both in our day to day operations and at our events. We would like to ask you to please consider using their offerings whenever you are looking for products for your personal use.  It seems a good portion of our clients and friends DID NOT come out to last weekends “Fall Open House” because they “thought” we cancelled it due to rain… well it didn’t rain here at the shop, nor in the nearby areas… so the event took place just as planned.

 However; since this past Saturday we have received loads of email, tons of phone calls and many facebook private messages all asking if we are still going to be holding our “Fall Open House” this upcoming Saturday October 8^th, 2011 due to last weekend’s rain.
